TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
All our hikes are suitable for adults, and children from the age of 12.
(see level of fitness in the FAQ section)
Anybody under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult.
As some of our hikes go through private farmland, including in the mountains with animals grazing, dogs are not allowed on our hikes.
Anybody with a medical condition should let Mountain Adventures 74 know before any bookings are made by email.
In the case of adverted weather conditions or weather alerts issues by Met Eireann, the hike maybe postponed or cancelled after consultation with the client(s) and any deposit or money paid forward, will be reimbursed in full.
We can provide some hiking equipment at no additional cost. Just let us know what you need and we will do our best.
For small groups up to 4 people transport can be provided.
Some participants may wish to meet us at the starting place of a hike and use their own car to get there.
For small groups up to 16 people transport can be provided, please contact us for a quote.
For bigger groups (over 16 people), please contact us for a quote.
Mountain Adventures 74, reserve the right to change or amend those terms and conditions at any time. Please check for any updates or contact us for further information.
BOOKINGS PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
We need a minimum of 4 people for an event to go ahead unless, booked as privately (a one to one hike) or as a group.
For individuals using there car or a group of 4 using the company car;
Bookings can be made at any time and up to 48 hours before the event.
Payments can be made at any time and up to 24 hours before the events
Cancellations on our part, you get a full refund
Cancellations on your part, 50% refund if up to 48 hours before the event.
Cancellations on your part, no refund if less than 24 hours before the event.
If you postpone your trip and cancel again, we keep €10 for administration fees.
For small or bigger groups and where a transportation is required ;
Bookings can be made at any time and up to 5 working days before the event.
A deposit of €100 has to be made at any time and no later than 5 days before the event.
A full payment can be made at any time and up to 48 hours before the event.
Cancellations on our part, you get a full refund.
Cancellations on your part up to 5 days before the event we keep €10 for administration cost.
Cancellations on your part less than 5 days before the event we keep the €100 deposit.
In addition to the above, all cancellations must be made in writing by sending to Mountain Adventures 74 an email.
