What data will be collected ?

When you will be making a booking the following data will be collected (like any other companies) Name, title, address, phone number, email address, date of birth.

If payments made online; your bank details, bank account, sort code.

Any transactions will be made using passwords and username.

We will collect the above information for the only purpose of booking and payment of an event. We will not share your Data with any third party outside your bank and our bank for money transfer only of an event.

During some hikes, we may take photos for training, illustration and marketing purposes and use on our website and social media platform like; Instagram, Facebook and so on. If you do not wish to have your picture uses in such manner can you, please, let us know. On the day of the activity, we will give a reminder to all participants take part in the event.

Every so often, we will change or amend those policies accordingly or in accordance to updated laws and regulations.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
